“Mr. W.B. Jordan is about to retire from business, and will sell his stock of boots and shoes, groceries, &c., at or under cost for cash until the whole is dispersed of. Posters to that effect will appear in a day or two” [FFG 1 May 1891; 4]. He is not listed in the 1891 Census of the Village or the township, although his name continued to be listed in D&B until March 1892.
407 A Walter B. Jordon (1868-1941) is buried in the Jordan family plot in the Fenelon Falls cemetery.
